Gildersleeve Park is a 2nd generation family owned, and operated community of 157 homes on 10 acres at the Nassau, Suffolk border, located at 600 N. Broadway Amityville NY. 11701
It has been in existence for over 70 years and is the oldest mobile home community still in operation on Long Island.
The Park has fully updated utilities consisting of water mains, electric services, and a sewer system that is hooked up
to the Suffolk County Sewer System. All streets and parking areas are well paved and well lit using decorative LED streetlights.
This is an owner occupied park in which you purchase a home in the park and pay lot rent on a monthly basis.
Lot rent includes water, sewer, garbage, steet lighting, snow removal of streets and parking areas, and taxes.
